Im sure we can find a really good artist that always wanted to become a tattoo artist.   Invest in the tattoo license in NYC which comes out to be around 400$ total.

Tattoo Kits very between 200$ and up.  Make sure the person we are hiring has artwork out there and is motivated.  Obviously finding the right candidate would take time but this is something that can easily be achieved.

We charge 20% on contract for getting them started.  Do the marketing and over time, build a tattoo shop that brings in business.  This is a long term investment that will obviously not give us the ability to retire, but it will pay us “in our sleep”
