Project: Ways to Improve the office experience

  1. VR Work station – Save people to commute, and promote work from home options.
  2. Complementary Drink Safe – Opens after hours, employees have a card they put into the machine that allows them based off of the work they do to get X amount of free drinks.
  3.  Task completion Points – Win Free shit based off of the tasks completed.  Finish a document / spread sheet? Collect 5 points.  Kind of like the Survey app that gives you cents.  After a while you can spend your points on a day off, hourly pay, coffee on the company, etc…
  4.  Company that offers professional volunteer help to companies.  Need a pro to increase productivity, send in a request, send someone in for a week or so to help out. Companies are just asked to donate.  Its more for helping people than anything else.
  5. Bosses Implement an idea policy – Suggestion box so to say.  Anonymous tip box for optimizing the business.  If the boss likes it , he marks it as a check box and you can choose to run it by him/ her in person after getting the approval.

  1. 1. Building on the drink safe idea above, create a digital office currency (CorpCoin) that workers can trade in for snacks, better snacks, lunches, even vacation days. Corp coin can be earned through good work as a bonus.
    2. Build Nap Pod Stations around busy office buildings. The space is divided into tiny rooms like a massage parlor. In each room is a specially designed nap Pod, that looks kind of like a tanning booth. Instead of bedsheets, it uses germs resistance materials, and when not in use, a built in UV light automatically disinfects the bed.
    3. VR meditation station – for the ultimate guided relaxation experience. Employees can buy extra meditation time with CorpCoin.
    4. A service that installs the nap pods above directly into corporate offices. Two payment methods – either the company buys the pods outright, or we install them for free and employees can pay per use on the machine.
    5. Build an internal recruiting system. This system automatically gives employees an opportunity to work on new projects based on their skills and desires, regardless of department. Once the project is completed, employees are then rated on those skills. Top performers will get exposure and can get bonuses like CorpCoin. Create a leader board of the top performers overall, and by skill.
