If the customer isnt satisfied with the troll’s performance.  They screen shot the interaction and send it to the “Troll Trial”  support team.  The screen shots are put into a group of 30 people and they survey that post.  If majority agree the job was terrible the troll will get -1 on their profile page and the complainant will get their money back.

The higher the rank the better the troll, the more the money.
