Project: Five business ideas to help you decide what to watch

1) A movie meta search. I type in which movie I want to watch, and it tells me what service offers it for free – Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.
2) A serial killer watch list. Have killers (or any other celebrity) make their movie watch lists for you.
3) 30 day Challenge. Work through the alphabet, and watch the top rated (rotten tomato) movie for each letter.
4) Mad Libs revisited. Fill in the mad lib blanks, and based on your answer, it finds a movie with a similar plot. A farmerwalked into a blender.
5) A stream of consciousness app. You say a stream of words, until you randomly say the name of a movie title. Once the app hears an existing movie title in your random chatter, it adds it to your watch cue.

  1. 1. Combine your music playlist, you tube videos watched, Netflix series, ratings into an app. It combines all of this information and gauges what your interests are based off of that.

    2. The filter app for Netflix , HBO, etc. Most of the time the things listed on the watch movies applications are just waste of space and make your eyes wander. Click the categories you don’t like so Family, sitcoms, soap operas, Disney channel movies, are hidden until clicked again. This way if you are in the Serbian Film mood, you wont get side tracked with Dragon Tales.

    3. Cant pick what to watch, choose 3 genres, picks a movie for you, you cannot change the movie until 15-20 minutes in.

    4. Underrated movie option. I don’t want to watch what everyone else is watching so i check out things that look terrible and sometimes stumble upon gold. IE I looked at peaky blinders on Netflix, looked like its shit, but now i’m hooked. Have an app that strictly works for under rated movies. If they become popular they are put in the “Recently upgraded list”

    5. Movie System like SALTs that lets you watch any movie you want, even recently released at home. Basically watch anything you want, when ever you want no restrictions. Pay an annual fee and watch w.e you want. If you want top watch something that just came out in theaters, pay the 13$ watch it at home.
